These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of the services provided by DevilsLounge.co.uk (“the Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking or using our services, you (“the Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for accommodation, events, or any other services offered by the Provider.

  • “Services” refers to all accommodation, events, facilities, and related offerings provided by the Provider.

  • “Last-Minute Cancellation” means any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in or event start time.


2. Bookings and Payment

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit and the issuance of a booking confirmation by the Provider.
2.2 Payment terms, including any required deposits, will be specified at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment in accordance with the stated terms will result in automatic cancellation.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in or event start time may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative fees.
3.2 Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 48 hours prior) will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.3 Failure to arrive for a booking (“no-show”) will be treated as a Last-Minute Cancellation.
3.4 The effective time of cancellation shall be the time the Provider receives written notice of cancellation from the Guest.


4. Amendments to Bookings

4.1 Any request to amend a booking is subject to availability and the Provider’s discretion.
4.2 Amendments requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in or event start time will be treated as a Last-Minute Cancellation and will be subject to the same forfeiture conditions.


5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must comply with all venue rules, regulations, and applicable laws during their stay or attendance.
5.2 The Provider reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund for any conduct deemed illegal, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.


6. Liability

6.1 The Provider’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury shall be limited to the amount paid by the Guest for the booking, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
6.2 The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.


7. Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Provider.


8. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.


9. Amendments to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
